It's peaceful now; the three dogs all are sleeping. A six-plus mile run that Jeff took with Abby and Zoe seems to have quieted them down, as did a 3 mile walk for Zac.

Jeff and I are looking forward to a Spring Break Day of Disc Doggin', to be held in Rochester tomorrow. A new season soon begins, with it all the attendant hopes and promises of new accomplishments---I hope the promises lasts longer than the typical politicians'. It is the promises I make to myself and my disc team members; practice more, throw better, train more effectively, and most importantly, to promise to keep it fun for the furry guys.
